Nest #9 was found on June 7 at Shipwatch in Wild Dunes by Shree Beverly. The nest was very shallow, and three of the 107 eggs she laid were found broken by the mother turtle on the surface from when she covered the nest. One of these was used for genetics sampling, and we have an interesting report on her nesting history. She has nested 27 times since 2010 with the last five nests on the IOP. It incubated for 55 days before the hatchlings came out. Today's inventory revealed There were 7 undeveloped eggs, 2 dead hatchlings and one live one left in the nest that Shree and her two grandsons released to crawl to the ocean. Hatch Success was 90.6% and Emergence Success was 87.8%

Nest #11 was found on June 14 and only incubated for 48 days. It was discovered by Rita and Paul Koisch along with Carol Gaston and Aelecia Rideout near the 32A Access path low on the beach. It was relocated to 30th Ave and contained 116 eggs.

It incubated for 48 days before the turtles came out. There were 9 undeveloped eggs, 8 dead hatchlings and 12 live ones left in the nest to be released by Shazia Hobbs. Hatch Success was 91.3% and Emergence Success was 74.1%.
