This morning Penny Gorby, Shree Beverly, Eileen Montanaro and Kathy Godrick discovered loggerhead tracks near 60 Ocean Point Drive where Lori and Tony Santiago live along the Links Golf Course at the north end of Wild Dunes. This did not seem to be the same size as the loggerhead who did false crawls during the night down by the hotel at Grand Pavilion. She laid 133 eggs that were relocated farther south near 30th Avenue. We were glad to get another nest on the Isle of Palms since it has been nine days since Nest #21. Other nesting beaches are having an extra busy season.
