Nest 32 was found by Penny Gorby & Shree Beverly at Ocean Point along the 18th fairway of the Links Course in Wild Dunes on July 11. There were 126 eggs that incubated for 51 days. At today's inventory we found 110 empty eggshells and 15 undeveloped eggs. The only hatchling left in the nest was deceased, so a tissue sample was taken for paternity DNA testing before it was buried. Hatch Success was 87.3%.

Nest 33 was laid at 20 Beachwood East on July 12 and was discovered by Gillian & Richard Ellis. This was a small clutch of 71 eggs that also incubated for 51 days. This nest had 64 empty eggshells and 6 undeveloped eggs. There were also three live hatchlings left in the nest three days after the others came out. These were released by Shree Beverly, Penny Gorby & Eileen Montanaro to crawl to the water. Hatch Success was 90.1%.
